1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Econode Billing System ("Service"), provided by Econode Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. The Service is specifically designed for ISP dealers and MikroTik router administrators.

2. Description of Service

Econode provides a cloud-based billing, hotspot management, and automated provisioning platform for MikroTik routers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Obligations

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and router API configurations.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating any local ISP regulations or data privacy laws in Uganda.

4. Payments and Billing

Subscription fees for the Econode Billing System are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable. If your billing information is invalid or your payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Econode Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or network downtime resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
